Catalyst Paddles

Training swim paddles (delivered in a useful mesh bag)

Catalyst paddles were designed and patented by Ron Johnson, World Record Masters swimmer and former Arizona State University coach.

This paddles were carefully engineered to improve stroke technique while building strength and minimizing the risk of injury. The patented unique keyhole design provides even pressure distribution while improving water feel and reducing shoulder stress.

This are state-of-the-art paddles constructed of lightweight, injection molded, UV resistant polypropylene. with smooth edges and a multi-hole strap design for custom centering on hand according to swimmer anatomy.

Produced under the same patent  (US 5511998) as TYR Catalyst Paddles.

Size Selection

• XS: Beginning swimmers or young age groupers (8-12 years)
• S:  Older age groupers (12+ years), beginning masters
• M:  Older high school males, Sr. National females, triathletes, mid-level masters
• L:  Strong collegiate swimmers, Sr. National males, advanced tri-athletes, water aerobics
• XL: Very strong swimmers, water aerobics
