Swim Stroke Corrector

Forces swimmer to actively acquire correct shoulder/elbow/wrist/hand positioning while swimming.

Forearm should pass through one end and swimmers hand through the other. To hold ‘stroke corrector’ in position swimmers naturally maintain pressure on it, resulting in correct joint and body segment alignment.

Neuromuscular memory is strongly imprinted due to active feedback and natural swimmer action.

With adequate training, technical improvements remain acquired, and pass trough to normal swimming without this equipment
